I don't get it, she's a sexy, sophisticated woman who comes off as very intelligent and articulate. Sure they could get a woman from a "Girls Gone Wild" video who's younger but I'd much rather pay the piper to have her as the corporate image than some unknown twinkie. Advertising and image is all about value, not doing it the cheapest when you operate on the level of a multi billion dollar company.

This sounds like some executive bean counter came up with an idea to cleave off their advertising budget, but was short sighted that it would hurt the company in the long term.

I'm willing to bet they are going to use some unknown twinkie who will do it for free just to get known and nobody will pay attention to their ads, costing them triple digit millions in wasted effort over the long term.

How about launching a web campaign to bring Catherine back? I started with T-Mob before the rebaranding with Jamie Lee-Curtis for Voicestream. I absolutely love her as an actress and think she was a great spokeperson for Voicestream so I was pretty sad to see her go after they rebranded. Then Catherine came aboard. Now mind you that as a gay male I think she is hot. If I was straight I'd be peeing in my pants too. So let's raise a stink and voice our opinions to T-Mobile. After all why is it that the corporate hog (even though I LOVE T-Mob), is dictating ones who pay for their service, who should represent them. I want CZJ to represent me and my network. Unless they'll decide to pick a drop dead gorgeous guy with deep voice...then Bon Voyage Cathy...don't let the door hit your ass....but in "american reality" the "man-on-street" person T-Mob will pick will probably have a big ass and will weight 300lbs and will say Get More as he/she will be stuffing herself with hamburgers.

Yeah, 1000 minutes plus free N&W for $40.00/month? Who in their right mind would want that? Especially when you could pay that same price for 450 minutes with Cingular or VZW. Hey but you do get rollover with Cingular, right?

I really could care less about all the super-mega-high-speed features that the other providers, um, provide. I just want a phone that I can call people and send text and picture messages with. And with T-Mo I can do for a hell of a lot cheaper than any other provider out there.

As for CZJ, whatever. The picture's hot, but like another poster said, it's probably 10 years old.
